Las Vegas Baby Equipment Rentals, Inc. - is the largest baby and child supply rental service with in the Las Vegas Valley, providing quality, safe and clean equipment such as cribs, strollers, portable crib, car seats, high chairs, toys, swings, exersaucers, & miscellaneous items. We have been in business since 2008 and are family owned and operated. We want to make your family trip to Las Vegas as comfortable as home.

Personal Concierge Service - We can purchase any toddler/baby related items you need. No need to try and pack everything into the suitcase just let us know what you need and we will have it purchased and delivered to your location with the rest of your delivery.(Cost plus 30% service charge)(Minimum $10 service charge per order)
What are your days and hours of operation?
Office Hours: 8am - 6pm PST, Monday through Saturday
Delivery Hours: 8am – 7pm PST, 7 days a week
Las Vegas Baby Equipment Rentals observes the following holidays: New Year's Day, Easter, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. Orders will be delivered up to the day before the holiday and will be picked up the day after.
Is there a minimum number of days I have to rent?
There is a 2-day minimum on all items, and a 3-day minimum on the CARES Harness.
How is my rental period calculated?
Rental periods are calculated on a DAILY basis not HOURLY and not NIGHTLY. Meaning, if you want an item delivered on a Monday and want it picked up on a Tuesday, that equals 2 days.
An example of a WEEKLY rate would be from Tuesday to Monday, NOT Tuesday to Tuesday. Tuesday to Tuesday would constitute 8 days.
Can't I get a full sized crib through the hotel?
Generally, no. Most hotels do NOT carry full sized cribs despite what the reservation agent may tell you. They are portable metal cribs or pack n plays and are made up with adult bed sheets which absolutely are not safe for your child to be sleeping on. Bedding should be properly fitted and we highly recommend bring your own if you will be using a hotel's crib.
How do I place an order?
Reservation requests can be made right through our website. After your request is placed, we will contact you via email, to confirm all information and obtain any additional details we may need to ensure the highest level of customer service. You may also place your order by calling us at: (702)343-7933. If you get our voicemail, we strongly urge you to leave a message and we will return it as soon as possible.
How far in advance do I need to place my order?
To ensure availability, we suggest that you place your order as soon as your travel plans are confirmed. We understand that sometimes plans cannot be made until the last minute, so we will do our best to accommodate your schedule and needs. Our busiest months are March - Aug. and then around the holidays so plan ahead.
Does the equipment I rent need to stay in the Vegas area?
No. Equipment must just be delivered and picked up with in the Las Vegas area. So feel free to travel around and see all the nearby sights.(CARES Harness is the only equipment that can be delivered outside of Vegas)
Can I rent the items for more than a week?
Yes, items can be rented daily, weekly or monthly. Weekly rates are based on 7 days, including the day of delivery and the day of pick-up. For example, Sunday-Saturday is one week. We offer an extended stay discount for any orders with a minimum stay of 14 days. You will receive a 15% discount on each week after the first weeks full rental.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover for all orders. Sorry we do not accept cash or checks. Credit cards are not processed until 48 hours prior to of delivery. If other arrangements need to be made, please contact us and we will try to accommodate you.
Okay, I placed my reservation request, now what?
We will receive an email confirmation within 24-48 hours to confirm your order and obtain any additional information needed. You can reach us if you have any questions or need to make any changes at (702) 343-7933 or firstname.lastname@example.org
What are your hours and prices for delivery?
We strive to accommodate your travel needs and therefore offer delivery and pick-up 7 days a week. Delivery/Returns outside of 8am-7pm will be charged an additional $15. If you order is the same day as delivery is needed an extra $15 is charged. Delivery is included with most orders of $100 or more. For orders under $100 a one-time delivery/return fee of $25 will be added. All orders placed outside of normal business hours will be processed as next day and applicable fees will apply.
What if I am late returning my items?
We understand that difficulties arise. Please call if you are unable to return the items at the agreed upon time. Items not returned at the agreed upon time will be subject to a $20-$25 late fee plus any additional rental fees.
May I pick up my items?
No. Sorry but at this time we are not able to provide pick up service to our customers.
What if I am staying in a hotel or timeshare hotel?
All items will be left with your hotel bell/concierge desk and must be returned clearly marked with our name to the bell/concierge desk upon checkout or scheduled return day. If the bell desk gives you a claim ticket, please hang on to it. In the event that the bell desk can not locate an item for our pick up, we will contact you to get the ticket number.
What if I need things delivered to a residence?
We deliver residences throughout the Las Vegas Valley including but not limited to Summerlin, Anthem, Southern Highlands, Henderson, Lake Las Vegas, North Las Vegas, Boulder City, Aliante, and Red Rock. For homes located in a gated community, please provide us with a gate code or notify the front gate of your expected delivery. If we are unable to gain access to your property for delivery or return, you may incur an additional trip fee and/or additional daily rental fees.
Do you deliver to the airport or airport rent-a-car center?
Yes, we can deliver your items to the McCarran International Airport or to the rent-a-car center. Please provide your flight number and car rental agency for delivery to these locations. We can monitor your flight and adjust our delivery times accordingly. If your connecting flight is delayed or you miss your flight, please contact us by phone as soon as possible so that we can adjust our delivery schedule and do our best to accomodate your new expected arrival time. When returning items to us at the airport or rent-a-car center please be prompt. Please remember when choosing a return time for your reservation that this is the time that we will meet you to gather our gear. Your return time should NOT be your return flight time. Delivery to the airport or rent-a-car center alone is included for all orders $100 or more. If your order is less than $100, your delivery fee will be $25. There is a $25 charge to deliver to the airport plus one other location. For example, if you would like your car seat delivered to the airport but your high chair, pack-n-play and toys delivered to your hotel, a one time $25 fee will be assessed.
Will I receive the exact item shown?
Las Vegas Baby Equipment Rentals carries only top quality products for rent from highly respected manufacturers, including Peg Perego, Britax, Graco and more. Unless the manufacturer and/or model is specified, you will receive of like, kind and quality of the item pictured (although exact colors and patterns may vary). It is nice to know what you are getting when you order!
Is set-up included with my order?
Crib set up and take down is included with deliveries of full-size cribs to residences. We are also able to set-up other items that you may need assistance with. Car seats will not be installed by our staff, due to liability. Please request manuals for any items you may not be familiar with.

Is the baby equipment safe and clean?
Safety is our number one concern. Las Vegas Baby Equipment Rentals seeks out Juvenile Product Manufacturer Association (JPMA) certified products. We register every product with the manufacturer and are kept notified of all equipment recalls. All rental items are washed, sanitized and inspected for safety after each rental. We are also proud members of the Baby Travel Pros association and adhere to their best practice guidelines.
In what condition should the rental items be returned?
It is our expectation that the products will have normal wear and tear for the amount of time renting the product. However, excessive wear and/or tear will subject the renter up to 50% of purchased value of the product. In cases where the product is damaged beyond repair the full replacement value of the product will be for the account of the renter and will be debited to the credit card on file. A $25 charge will be assessed for each item returned excessively dirty and will be debited to the credit card on file.
Any items not returned will be subject to a replacement cost at current retails prices.
What is the NEVADA child restraint law?
Any child less than 6 years of age who weighs less than 60 pounds must ride in an approved child restraint system. (NRS 484B.157)

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) recommends:
REAR FACING SEATS in the back seat from birth to at least 1 year old and at least 20 pounds.
FORWARD-FACING TODDLER SEATS in the back seat from age 1 and 20 pounds to about age 4 and 40 pounds.
BOOSTER SEATS in the back seat from about age 4 to at least age 8, unless 4'9" tall. Booster Seats until child is 8 years or 4'9"
SAFETY BELTS at age 8 and older or taller than 4'9". All children age 12 and under should ride in the back seat.
Cancellations and Refunds
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made outside of 48 hours of the scheduled delivery day will incur no charges. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery are subject to a charge equal to 50% of the order.
What is your refund policy?
If you are not satisfied with any item within the first 24 hours of your rental period, we will replace it with another as soon as possible. Refunds for early termination of rentals will be prorated 50% of the remaining unused rental term, minus the delivery fee and actual term used. If at any point you are not satisfied with an item, please contact us as soon as possible and we will work quickly to resolve the problem.
