Safety
Nevada Car Seat Laws- Any child less than 6 years old or 60 lbs. must ride in an approved child restraint system.
Nevada Car Seat Laws for children riding in public transportation- Children are not required to ride in a car seat when riding in any vehicle that is not equipped with safety belts-this includes shuttles and buses. Also, children are not required to be buckled into a car seat when riding in a taxi. However, most taxis in Las Vegas are equipped to carry car seats and permit you to use them to provide a safer transport for your child. We strongly encourage the use of car seats when travelling with little ones, just as you would when you are at home.
Car Seat Installation- Please call to arrange for assistance by our certified car seat technician. A small fee will apply for this service.
Used Mattress Regulations regarding Clark County and Southern Nevada- Please be aware that we do not reuse our crib mattresses, but rather provide a NEW mattress with each crib and toddler bed rental. Used mattresses can host bacterial infections, as well as infestacious bed bugs. Young children do not have immune systems strong enough to fight off the numerous infections that can be transferred in used bedding and therefore we will NOT reuse mattresses. All of our products are cleaned and sanitized thoroughly- however most mattresses are too thick to guarantee thorough sanitization. Your child's safety is that important to us!
Juvenile Products Manufacturers Association (JPMA)- All of our products (except the Kidco PeaPod)are JPMA certified to provide safety to your children. Be sure to check the "Keeping Baby Safe" section for lots of helpful tips.
