At the time we spoke on the phone from Planet Hollywood i wasn't clear of what to expect when i said we needed an "regular stroller". This has to be one of the best customer services experiences I have ever had! Melinda was super flexible before the order was final and made a lot of changes for me by e-mail and over the phone. Onsite, everyone was super efficient, professional and warm. The equipment was perfect and almost new and the crib with the NEW mattress made it feel like home. I cannot thank you enough for providing a service like this that makes it so easy to travel with a baby!!

I can't even begin to express how happy we were with the Radio Flyer Wagon. We have a 3 and 6 year old boys and we were worried about the long walks and how they were going to handle it. They are both way to big for strollers or double strollers so when I saw the wagon I thought it was a great idea. I was not disappointed at all. In fact, we got stopped so many times by people requesting where we got the wagon because they thought it was a great way to travel with children as well. When my 3 year old needed a nap we just folded the seats down and he slept while my 6 year old walked and in the evening when my 6 year old fell asleep, the 3 year old walked or I carried him. When we spoke to the Concierge of our hotel before we left about rentals of strollers or something, he had no idea about where to rent things therefore I went on line and found this place. After a great week and alot of positive comments about the wagon, I stopped at the concierge and gave him the business card and explained that people need to know about this place and all the great things they have to offer. The wagon was there when we showed up and picked up when were done. It was clean and looked brand new. We will definitely use this service again and tell everyone we know about you as well. Thanks for making our vacation less stressful than I thought it would be!
